Mary Lee Ward and Blake Henderson

Together with their families, Mary Lee Ward and William Blake Henderson announce their engagement. Mary Lee is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Cooksey of Pontotoc, Mississippi and the late Mr. Steven G. Ward of Tupelo, Mississippi. Blake is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Finn of Springfield, Missouri and Mr. Charles Henderson of Oxford, Mississippi.
Miss Ward is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred B. Dalton of Corinth, Mississippi and the late Mr. and Mrs. Horace G. Ward of Oxford, Mississippi.
Mr. Henderson is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Traylor of Oxford, Mississippi and Mr. and Mrs. William Henderson of Oxford, Mississippi and Mr. and Mrs. Jettie Walls of Oxford, Mississippi.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Tupelo High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society and the Lady Wave Softball team. She graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2009 where she received a bachelor’s degree in Park and Recreation Management. The bride-elect works at the North Mississippi Regional Center in Oxford.
The prospective groom graduated from Lafayette High School in 2003. He attended The University of Mississippi. Mr. Henderson is currently employed at Wildrose Kennels in Oxford.
The couple will exchange vows at 5:00 pm, October 31, 2015 at Foxfire Ranch in Waterford, Mississippi. A reception will follow at Foxfire Ranch. Friends and family are invited to attend.
