Mr. and Mrs. Danny Warren Jumper, of Booneville, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sloane Pauline, to Mr. Blake Hunter Hankins, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Lee Hankins, of Ripley. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Betty Sue Geno and the late Mr. Kenneth Paul Geno, Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. William Warren Jumper, all of Booneville. The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Preston Biddy and the late Mr. Bewel A. Hankins, all of Grenada, and the late Mrs. Dorothy Grant Hankins of Ripley. Miss Jumper is a 2002 graduate of Booneville High School. She received a B.S. degree in accounting from Mississippi State University, a J.D. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a Master of Law in Taxation from New York University. She is presently employed with Butler Snow LLP in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Hankins is a 2003 graduate of Ripley High School. He received a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Mississippi and is presently Vice-President of Hankins Forest Products, Inc. and Hankins, Inc., in Ripley. The wedding will be solemnized December 13 at 3 p.m. at Jumpertown United Methodist Church. The Reverend Jason Franklin will officiate and a reception will follow in the Family Life Center. No invitations are being sent locally, but all friends and family are invited to attend.
