Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Thomas Hill of Tupelo are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Lexie Elizabeth, to Walker Houston Wildmon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Bennett Wildmon of Tupelo, Mississippi.
Miss Hill is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glynn Russell of Tupelo, Mississippi and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hill of Vicksburg, Mississippi.
Mr. Wildmon is the grandson of Mrs. Brenda Hardin and the late Mr. Jim Hardin and Rev. and Mrs. Don Wildmon, all of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Saltillo High School where she was a cheerleader captain, homecoming queen, and Miss SHS. She graduated with Special Distinction. She attends Mississippi State University where she is majoring in Elementary Education. She is a member of Chi Omega sorority. She will be student teaching in the Tupelo Public School District. Miss Hill also teaches dance at North Mississippi Dance Centre.
The prospective groom graduated from Baldwyn High School in 2012 where he was a member of the baseball team, football team and FCA. He graduated from Mississippi State University in August 2015 with a degree in Political Science. He was a member of Beta Upsilon Chi fraternity. Mr. Wildmon is currently employed at American Family Association where he is assistant to the President.
The couple will exchange vows December 12, 2015 at 5:00 pm at Calvary Baptist Church of Tupelo, Mississippi. Reception will follow at the BancorpSouth Conference Center. After a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Tupelo.
