Mr. and Mrs. Edward Speir, Jr. of Kennesaw, GA are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Meredith Ashley, to James Theron Nichols, III ‘Trey’, son of Mr. and Mrs. James T. Nichols, Jr. of Tupelo, MS.
Miss Speir is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Groover of Kennesaw, GA and the late Mr. Edward Speir, Sr., and Mrs. Speir of Kennesaw, GA.
Mr. Nichols is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. Roy DeFeo of Tupelo, MS and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Theron Nichols, Sr. of Tupelo, MS.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Harrison High School. She graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2009 where she was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, she acquired her undergraduate degree in Biology with an additional degree from Grady School of Radiology. The bride-elect works at Atlanta Perinatal Group in Northside Hospital where she is a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
The prospective groom graduated from Tupelo High School in 2006. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2013 with an Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Nichols is currently employed at Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. where he is a Senior Compensation Analyst.
The couple will exchange vows at 6:00 p.m., April 30, 2016 in a beach ceremony in Pensacola Beach, Florida.
