Mr. and Mrs. John Randle of Sherman announce the engagement of their daughter, Alison Diane Randle, to Joseph Lee Tackitt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Tackitt of Pontotoc.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late L.C. and Helen Randle of Blue Springs and the late Roy and Ona Boothe of Burnsville. The prospective groom is the grandson of Clyde and Margaret Tackitt of Pontotoc and Clarene and the late Cecil Aron of Pontotoc.
Miss Randle is a 2001 honor graduate of East Union Attendance Center, and a 2005 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is employed by Montgomery Drugs and Paul Smithey Construction.
Mr. Tackitt is a 2001 honor graduate of North Pontotoc Attendance Center, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education. He is employed by McCarver Construction.
The couple will exchange vows on June 6, 2015, at 5 p.m. at County Line Baptist Church in Randolph. A reception will follow at Pontotoc Community House in Pontotoc. Friends and family are invited to attend.
