Eddie Kingsley and Jennifer Ballard of Mooreville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Betsy Madison Kingsley, to Jimmy Doyle Young III, son of Jimmy Young Jr. and Jennifer Young of Nettleton, Mississippi.
Miss Kingsley is the granddaughter of Debbie and Tony Dickerson of Mooreville and the late Kenneth Boren and the late J.C. and Dorothy Kingsley of Mooreville, Mississippi.
The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Mooreville High School and a 2016 graduate of Mississippi University for Women where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. This fall, Miss Kingsley will begin working as a Kindergarten teacher at Shannon Primary School.
Mr. Young is the grandson of the late Quilan Ballinger of Nettleton and the late Raymond Morris of Tupelo, Mississippi and Sarah Estes of Mooreville and Jimmy Young Sr. of Aberdeen, Mississippi.
The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Mooreville High School. In 2012, he graduated from Blue Mountain College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Mr. Young is currently employed at Mooreville High School where he is a biology teacher and an assistant football and soccer coach.
The couple will exchange vows on June 25, 2016 at 5 o’clock in the evening, at Auburn Baptist Church in Tupelo, Mississippi. A reception will follow at Manning Gardens in Guntown, Mississippi. Friends and family are invited to attend.
