Mr. Peter Rinaldi of New Albany and Ms. Roxann Rinaldi of Tupelo are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Elise Rinaldi, to Edward Allen Maxwell III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Allen Maxwell, Jr., of New Albany.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Barbara and the late Valentine Rinaldi of Torrington, Connecticut, and the late Rocco and Rose Ciesco of Torrington, Connecticut.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Clifton Loden of Tupelo, Mr. and Mrs. Jackson Allen Herrington, Sr., of New Albany, and the late Edward Allen Maxwell, Sr., of Greenwood.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Tupelo High School. She is a 2012 summa cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Accountancy. While at Mississippi State she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and served as treasurer. She was a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma, Sigma Alpha Lambda, and Order of Omega. She earned a Master of Professional Accountancy in 2013 from
Mississippi State University. Miss Rinaldi is currently employed with HORNE, LLP, in Ridgeland, where she is a Certified Public Accountant and a senior associate with the Healthcare Valuation practice group.
Mr. Maxwell is a 2005 graduate of New Albany High School. He is an Eagle Scout. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting summa cum laude from Mississippi State University in 2009. While at Mississippi State, he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and earned his master’s degree in taxation in 2010. Mr. Maxwell is currently employed with Watkins, Ward and Stafford in Oxford where he is a Certified Public Accountant.
The couple will exchange vows on June 18 at First United Methodist Church in New Albany, with a reception to follow at the Kingfisher Lodge in Tupelo.
