The bride-elects father Barry and wife Lynne Bratton of Tupelo and the bride-elects mother Sarah and husband Phillip Johnson of Tupelo are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Carrie Elizabeth, to Colton Blake Baldwyn, son of Buffy and Marlon Baldwyn of Tupelo, Mississippi.
Ms. Bratton is the granddaughter of Janie Williams and the late Thomas Williams of Tupelo, and the late A.E. And Marion Bratton of Tupelo, Mississippi.
Mr. Baldwyn is the grandson of Carl and Sue Allred of Tupelo and the late Harold and Betty Baldwyn of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The bride-elect is a honor graduate of Active Learning Academy (home school) in 2004. She is currently attending Itawamba Community College where she is working towards her bachelors degree in healthcare information management. She is employed at Dwayne Blackmon Chevorlet as a receptionist.
The prospective groom graduated from Tupelo High School in 2009. He attended Itawamba Community College and is currently employed at Interpest,Inc. where he is a commercial exterminator.
The couple will exchange vows on October 8, 2016, at 6 p.m. at Kinfisher Lodge in Verona. Reception will follow. Friends and family are invited to attend.
