David and Teresa McDonald of Okolona are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Amanda McDonald, to Devin Guyton, son of the late J.C. and Betty Guyton of Becker.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of James Ray and JoAnn Beaty of Okolona and the late Edward and Delia Mae McDonald of Okolona.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Thurman and Sue Rock of Pepper Town and the late James Carl Guyton and Eva Guyton of Monroe County.
Miss McDonald is a 2013 honor graduate of Amory High School. She is currently attending Itawamba Community College where she will graduate in December.
Mr. Guyton is a 2011 graduate of Smithville High School. He attended Itawamba Community College. He is currently in the 1-98th Calvary C-TRP Mississippi National Guard where he has served 3 years.
The couple will exchange vows on September 11, 2015, at 1 p.m. at the Jamie L. Whitten Historical Center in Fulton, MS. Reception will follow. Friends and family are invited to attend.
